It is easy to do as long as you have something to heat the screen with so you can get the glass off, after you do that VERY CAREFULLY lol, just remove the connection for the battery from the Logic Board, then get your pry tool to get the battery out, or you can heat the rear shell where the battery is pasted to make it easier to remove
