Hi, im Vanessa. i cant seem to turn on my phone. Please help me asap. it didn't turn on since 06.08.2015. i'm sorry to interupt but, i can't buy a new phone right now because i have to give to my cousin's friend, she wanted that phone since i bought it. okay then, once again please help me to solve this problem. asap
