manobabu, sounds like a T-con board issue. Check your wiring from and to the T-con board. Also, check for obvious damage, like burned, swollen or leaking caps. In very few instances this can also be caused by a faulty power supply. Once we can determine exactly what model your TV is, we can most likely find more specific instructions.
