You did not supply your model number so I can not give you a direct link to driver downloads for your model. To obtain drivers it is always best to download them from the manufacturer of your PC. So you should be able to go to Dell's website and obtain the drivers for your specific model. Most of the time the driver downloads can be found in the support section of the website. Here they ask you to enter you model number and then you should be able to locate and download XP drivers for you hardware. If you need more assistance locating the drivers than reply back with your model number and I can supply links to driver downloads.

Generally, after installing system, some drivers for devices will be installed at the same time. If you find some devices can't work caused by driver missing, you can fastly download and install drivers for Windows XP with driver manager program.
