Network card Realtek not working

15.6", Intel HD Graphics, Core i3 2330M, Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, 4 GB RAM, 500 GB HDD

When I connect a Ethernet cable to the DELL it says no cable is connected.

Same cable to another PC is no problem.

In the ControlPanel Networkconnections the network card shows up and then disappear. And says no cable is connected.

How to wake up the Network Card?

I have in-activated and activated.
