I'm not able to access Internet even when my connection is good...on the new windows 10 I'm not able to utilize my search engine go pull up google or any other Web sites

If you have recently upgraded to Windows 10, you may need to plug in the computer to the router or gateway box by an Ethernet cable.
The Ethernet cable should look like this,
Connect it to the end of the router and into the connector on your computer.
Then click on the search icon right next to the start button, and search for 'Windows Update' and check, download, and install all new updates.
You will want to make sure you also restarted your computer after checking for updates.

That's didn't work. ...still not able to use internet. When I click on the explore icon it kicks me off

If none of these helped, and you know that your connected to the router with Ethernet, your ISP may be at fault. Try contacting them for help with your internet.
