Xbox 360 faceplate issue with startup

Hi,

My xbox was hanging at startup every now and then. Also, frequently it would take me several tries to get it on. Today, I opened the console and it was working fine. It did not get stuck even once and started every time I switched it on. When I put it back together, same things happened. Please help.
