i have rooted my phone....why its not showing dialer option and setting option menu

One get Root permission to modify the core you can remove any application. I guess you mistakenly you have removed dialer and setting APKs, simply you can solve the fault restoring the phone to factory default.

is there any other way.. coz I have very important application and after reset all app get uninstall
