why is my jeep dying after i drive it for a few minutes and I let it sit for 15 to 20 minutes and it starts again

The relay for the pump may be heating up, and shutting off, It's the cheapest part so I would go after it first and then the fuel pump.. I would also see if you can get it to an Auto Zone and get a free computer read out.

I had the same problem with my jeep, after verifying the fuel system, and starting system. It was discovered that I have a faulty ECM - Electronic Control Module better known as the computer. Replace it and my jeep has been running great..
