My I Pad Just Stuck On Starting Screen
Idk Why That my ipad wont tart up and just stuck at the starting screen with the apple logo.I waited for like an hour and nothing happend...Please help!

How long do you charge the iPad for? It could be the battery
But I would try doing software on it first through iTunes
Holding the top button and home button together while connected to iTunes then restore it
