Motog2 display stopped working

my motog2 was in low battery mode when this happened. I screen locked the thing while a song was playing in the background. However after that the display just wont show up, i tried restarting it , the welcome screen was visible and then it was working fine ,until again the same problem struck again , the display wont work but other than that everything is just fine including the touch , i can say this because i can hold and cut calls by swiping the black screen!!
