What replacement do I need?

My iphone 5 screen was cracked and it fell again. Once it fell half of the screen was white the other half was black. I left it there for like 48 hours because I couldn't get it fixed at that moment. Now the screen is pretty much all black with pink and purple lines. I want to repair the phone my self but I don't know which repair to order and which guideline to follow. Can you help me!?
