Why is my screen not showing images and only pixles?

I have a gear 2. Went to the gym and the steam room and later that night noticed my screen lit up, but couldn't see anything. Still doesn't do anything. When I press the home button now the watch lights up grey with lines. Any suggestions? Motherboard, screen?
