How about replacing Iphone 6 plus motherboard with iphone 6 motherboard, it seem to be same. Can this work?

No. It wont work. Even if they look the same at the first look. You can start with the LCD plug and see they are not the same, and we can continue with the rest of the plugs that are not the same as size and shape.

I've changed a lot of lcd for 6 and 6+ lately and i am 100% sure the lcd wont work. The plugs are different!
