Loses power shuts down and restarts

My MacBook Pro Loses power suddenly and sometimes restarts itself. I replaced all the RAM and it is still doing it. I cleaned the fans and inside. The battery seems to be charging fine. Not sure what it could be?

does have an overheating issues i had the same problem with my old MBP and i applied new thermal paste to the CPU and GPU. that solved my problem. and you may need to repair the permission from disk utility it may help.

Please be specific about your exact machine. There are know issues on some of these machines.
