Alcatel OneTouch Evolve

Released October 2013, the Evolve measures just 4.7 inches tall, 2.5 wide, and 0.4 inch wide. The Evolve has a soft-touch matte black design on the back with a 5-megapixel back camera. It runs on the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system with a custom Android overlay that brings uniqueness to the phone.

My Alcatel one touch won't power off.

I have tried to hard reset it. It will turn on but it freezes up when it gets to the metro ps . None of the buttons work ,an it won't power off either. I don't no what else to do.

This is my first Alcatel one touch phone, and I've only had it about a month.

If you've only had it a month you should contact Alcatel about getting it repaired under warranty. Here is a link regarding Alcatel's warranty on their products. Scroll to Q3 to find out what you have to do. You should read the other questions as well so that you know what they will and won't do for you under warranty.
