My touch isnt working?

The phone turns on has a couple cracks but doesnt affect it and the screen touch stopped working?

You say that the cracks don't affect it but how do you work the phone with the touch not working?

Seems like the 'cracks may have affected your digitizer(touchscreen). Does it work anywhere on the screen at all. Try turning the phone into landscape view (turn the phone 90 degrees) and see if any icons which are now appearing in different spot on the screen responds to touch. Either way if it does or not you will have to get the digitizer replaced.
