SSD Festplatte startet extern normal

Wenn die Festplatte SSD OCZ Trio 100 480 GB mit einem Adapter an den Mac angeschlossen wird startet dieser normal von der Festplatte. Wenn ich die Festplatte jedoch einbaue und starten will, lädt der Apple Balken zwar bis zum Schluss, aber das Betriebssystem startet nicht.
Mit einer anderen SSD Samsung 120 GB eingebaut startet der Mac normal.
Wo liegt der Fehler?
Ist dies eine gute Frage?

SSD hard drive starts externally normal
If the hard disk SSD OCZ Trion is 100 480GB connected with an adapter to your Mac starts this normally from the hard disk. However, if I replacements hard drive and want to start, the Apple bar invites namely until the end, but the operating system does not start.
installed 120 GB with another SSD Samsung launches the Mac normally.
Where is the error?
