After a screen replacement, my phone does not display anything, I verified several times while the connection is ok, when I connect my phone to charge it vibrates every 10 seconds and the screen remains black

Did you replace the screen while the phone was switch on? Always turn the phone off before repairing.
Try to disconnect the battery, connect all the cables, plug the battery back and plug the charging cable. See if this help.
