Why are my videos jittery and erratic
when I take a video it works fine, but when I send it to my computer it keeps stalling and the movements are jittery
Ist dies eine gute Frage?

Hi,
Have you tried a different memory card?
Are you using a Class 10 memory card to ensure optimum video recording?
Can you remove the memory card and insert it in a card reader connected to your PC and see if you can download from the card with no problems?
If it works with no problems, it may be either the USB cable, the camera's USB port or the camera (USB controller, card reader etc), that is at fault.
If there are still problems when downloading directly from the card perhaps your card is failing.
