Your carb can still be dirty . there are small holes in the carb that ethanol gas can clog . if you take the float bowl off you'll know right away if you need to clean the carb. If the inside is as green as the lawnmower in the picture on the right you'll know that ethanol has left you high and dry

tbird544 exactly what are the issues with your mower? What exact model is it and do you have a model number for your B&S engine?
