I can't open iTunes disabled because I forgot my iTunes and I don't any computer or laptop to reset the ipod

You can either take it to apple to remove the 'iPad is disabled' or a mobile phone repair shop that can do it for yaou. You can also use a friend's computer or get a friend to do it for you.
