How do I fix Horizontal lines on my screen?

My phone is showing thin black horizontal lines on the screen, so it looks a bit like the screen of 1980s television. It covers the entire phone, and it happened a few days after the screen protector on the top right corner of the phone cracked. Otherwise, the phone still looks fine. It wasn't that bad at first, the screen just looked like the display was only showing every other line, but when i accidentally put pressure on the top right corner of the phone (where the screen protector cracked), it got worse and started looking like how I explained it above.

Everything on the screen is also tinted a bright white-ish color.

I also have this problem. Happened one day after my phone filled up. The screen has also been cracked a little bit for a really long time.

Ok so like i have a 1890 screen on my phone and it has red line on and and it changes colors and it been craked for a while now

Idk my screen is all white and purple and green lines, and i can only see the backroud from the tiny space thats on the bottom

Einstellungen

Usually it's the LCD. After a drop it can happen and the LCD will have to be replaced.

actually if you gentley massage with your finger applying slightly more pressure you can make them go away they are called dead or black pixls to revive their color gently massage in smal circles in the deginated area

I see the entire grid beneath the screen of my mobile, a Galaxy 6 or 7. The keyboard is faintly visible beneath photos and the upper half is discolored beneath the screen. My son suggested that the screen has been "burned" from som improper usage. Can a screen be replaced or is the problem with the grid itself?

Einstellungen

Reset the Wallpaper. Go to Settings. Click Display. Click Wallpapers. Click on Home Wallpapers. If you have your owm from your gallery, click on Gallery look for the picture you eant for your phone display and click save. This is how I fixed mine.

My nexus 5x has horizontal lines and is frozen, how can i fix that? Sometimes It will turn off other times its just stuck. I can't open anything but look at the screen.

My Lg fortune has horizontel lines my phone screen freezes like i can still touch it and go to other apps and stuff but what ever i was last on it is still there in the back ground also some times they start going crazy and flickering .

Hey thanks, changing the display to one in gallery really helped. Horizontal lines still exists, but able to still use the phone. Thanks a ton!

Hello ,just did the software upgrade that was availed on my Samsung galaxy A20 and after the installation my screen got grey vertical lines and was flickering. I hadn't dropped my phone or anything. This happened all of a sudden . How do I fix it.

It's normal error of Samsung mobile, just drop the trash phone.

I have the same problem, mine is a new phone (Samsung A12). As soon as it charges up to 100%, the vertical lines appear. They disappear as the battery drains. What do I do?

Just happened to me last night, 3/4 of screen was whitish with verical lines going through, phone hept getting really hot. I tried everything except a factory reset and nothing. Finally I turned my phone off and charged to 100%. Working fine! Had a similar issue with my speaker, screen or speaker wasn't getting the right voltage. Hey give it a shot it's free..I was 5 minutes from buying a $150 replacement

Well there is a solution you have to adjust your screen through a app this will solve your problem. If the problem is because of any damage to screen then it can't be fixed.
