Why is my xbox not working
Whenever I turn my xbox on I see the light turn on for a good 4 seconds then it completely shuts off and Microsoft wants me to send it in what do I do??

Try unplugging the power cord from the back of the xbox and unplug the power brick from the outlet. wait like 30 seconds then plug the brick directly into the wall outlet, not a surge protector. Then plug the power cord back into the xbox and turn her on.
