Screen runs colors sideways
Colors run side to side of images.

Did you hit the screen or the tablet was drop down to the floor ? If yes,maybe the screen is cracked.
If not, then maybe it's a circuit problem in the capacitors of the motherboard that send the GPL_KL sensor to light up the screen.
