Bluetooth syncing but Jambox not playing

Not sure what caused this, was with a group of people and I found my big jambox not working afterword.

The aux cord jack looks like it got pushed through or someone stuck something too big in it, (edit: having taken the right end cap off, I can see the aux cord jack is in there, bent sideways)

and the bluetooth isn't working either. It will show up on my ipod as being paired, but no sound will come. The speakers themselves seem fine since it makes the turning on/off noise. Is it the antenna? How can I fix?
