How do I fix this problem if I bypassed the lid switch and it still does nothing what is the problem

Dwayne, Kenmore 400 washer will not drain or spin makes a buzzing sound.
Possibly the water pump is seized/clogged/plugged, remove water pump and check pump for debri and remove blockage. Good luck

Dwayne Ramon what is the proper model number of your wahser and where do you hear the buzzing? It will not spin if it does not drain. Problem could be your pump, your filter. kinked hoses and other things like the lid switch.
