Why is my wifi not even turn on?

The phone went into a restart loop, and after a couple of days being crazy the wifi dosen't open, i tap it and it says error after a while...

What happened to make the phone begin restarting? How did you make it stop? Sounds like a firmware issue,

I opened my wifi

Went to a service and told me that the circuit for the wifi fried...he said he can't rewrite the mac adress or something like that
