No Mic on 2x new charge ports (OEM)

Hello all,

I work for a repair shop that is Samsung Authorized, I came across a S5 G900 that had a mic issue, after testing all software possibilities I began to tear it down looking at any clues. No liquid no dust absolutley clean inside and no evidence of physical damage on the device itself. I attempted installing 2 different ports with no fix to this issue. Can anyone elaborate or point me in the direction of an answer? Thank you in advanced
