How do I unlock my device if I forgot my password?
I forgot my password and the tablet is stuck in lock mode. How do i access it?

Hi, you will most likely have to factory reset the device or if you have signed in with a google account it should give you the option to unlock via google account, this usually presents itself after entering the code wrong a few times

If you are locked out of your device and can’t remember the password, do not worry. Simply follow the link at the bottom of the page to download the firmware from Telecom Solutions, the manufacturer of the tablet.
