Frozen on blue startup screen

I have a sony Xperia M2 and it's frozen on the blue wavy screen when starting it up. I've tried restarting and forcing it to turn off but neither of them worked. It happened when my alarm clock went and I couldn't turn the alarm off and then the blue wavy screen turned up and I couldn't do anything anymore.

Please Help!
