Video quality - edges in 360 video

Hey everyone!!!

I have just bought the new Nikon Keymission 360. What everybody is commenting and which I agree is true, is that pairing with the app really sucks. But it is not the most important.

My question here and problem is that when I download the video and see it in my computer, I cannot see the image as a whole, instead I can see all the edges!!!!! I am really frustrated with this, I have already seen many incredible videos with this camera and none of them show the edges. Is it something that am I doing wrong.??

i would really appreciate some help!

Hi Pat.

I don't have the Nikon yet as it's not out in Europe, but both the Richoh and Samsung 360 Cameras I have need you to either download the video to a phone running the app first, or to process the video on a computer with their software. Either of these processes will stitch the video together into a ball and should solve your problem.

Chris thanks so much, I have also contacted the nikon support center, I might get some help, anyway I will research more.
