1 Why is there no sound coming from my Dragon Touch?
There is no sound coming from the device even if I try to turn up the volume.

One of the main reason this could be happening is that your Dragon Touch battery is getting low. A low battery could result in distorted audio. Another reason that you have no sound could be that your buttons are broken or the speaker in the tablet.
