My iPhone 5s battery drains so fast in stand by mode
Recently 1 month ago I was change my iPhone 5s battery .but the battery drains fast with in 10 hours

If the phone is not excessively hot, which would point to a high current draw somewhere, then you most likely have a bad battery. There are lots of low quality batteries out in the market.
If you have a Mac, you can download CoconutBattery to test your battery however sometimes they are old batteries that have had the gas gauge circuitry replaced so they present themselves as new to the device but perform poorly.
