The laptop just keeps showing a black screen . even when i hold the power button and try to on it . when i plug in the charger and then try , its still blank but with a slight beeping sound which is continuous and keeps fading and coming back again and again repeatedly nothing else .

Yeah, try to describe the beeping. The beep is basically a code for its problem.

Does the beeping form a pattern like 3 beeps pause 4 beeps pause and repeat? Are the LED indicators for Power, Battery and Wireless on, off or different color? Usually, beeping is a problem with the memory but can indicate a failure of the processor or LCD.
