Why is my phone stayed up only in Samsung logo after factory reset?

So, first my phone settings is not working so I've decided to power it off and reset it. (using power+home+volume up button, factory reset) After doing that, I opened it and now I'm stucked on Samsung logo (with colors popping). How can I recover it?
