Err showing on screens
Shutter opens and closes. mirror stays in up position. Mirror comes down if I pull it. Does not record pictures, shows nothing on screen in live view. Any ideas?

Restoring the camera settings to default will fix this issue:
To restoring Nikon D7000 to its factory settings, just hold the [Qual] button and the [Exposure Compensation] button down together, until the control panel turns off briefly while the camera resets itself to the factory default settings.
