Replace 32 G motherboard with 16 G

Hi everyone, I have this nexus 7 (2013) 32 gig with a defective motherboard. 32 gig motherboard are hard to find but i don't mind replacing it with a 16 gig Mb. Is it compatible with the rest of the connector and hardware ?
