Glass only repair: At what vacuum pressure do bubbles disappear?

Hi,

Looking to make a diy vacuum chamber for bubble removing. A realistic goal for a diy unit is around -1 ~ -2 bar pressure. Is this enough to remove bubbles from my screens? Im looking to do cold press with the glass having preinstalled OCA film and frame.
