My phone is black screen
When I put it on the charger it jumps but shows nothing and take it off it's still black and can't hard reset or soft reset cause I have tried it don't know what to do

Remove the battery and clean the terminals with ip alcohol. While you have the battery out test it with a multi meter . Check your results with the specs on the battery . You may need a new battery. Hope this helps

What is the meter that you are talking about
@laurenalex A multi meter is a meter used to test voltage and continuity. If you are unfamiliar with it then have someone who is test it for you . how old is the phone and has the battery ever been replaced?
