How do I disassemble my Discman?
I want to test my Sony Discman D-142CK. Please just tell me how do I disassembly it after removing the 5 screws.

@marsoff the rest looks like it just snaps in from the bottom up.
Not quite the same model but should be identical
There are however multiple tests you can run with it assembled. The service manual should help you out with that. Disassembly is not documented.Sony D141_D142CK SM

I can't even disassemble without breaking any part. How do I do it when after I took 5 screws?
Also how do I activate service mode.
It is snapped in. Check the second image. that is similar to your case. As for the test, check the SM to see what you need to do to activate the service mode.
Let's see if I can get to disassemble. What is solder anyway?
