tablet keeps turning self off
RCA Viking Pro tablet keeps turning self off. Battery is fully charged and it still happens. I have only had it for a few months..help!!

Bill Brown, There is a possibility of a bad installed app. Here is info. from 1st link below. Try booting into Safe Mode, which disables all 3rd party apps. Power on tablet, press and hold Power until the Power Off menu appears. Press and hold Power Off until the Safe Mode prompt appears, then tap OK. if the crashes persist in Safe Mode, then it's more likely hardware-related and you should return the tablet for replacement/refund.

if you tablet keeps of turning off it is probably because you have auto shut down. you can change it in setting. if that dose not work it is probably because the battery in the tablet is not good and needs to be repaired.

Where do you find Auto shut down in settings
I believe, Lisa Adamson, that @maker600 is talking about the function of the device shutting off after a period of non usage. I could be wrong but I'm fairly confident of that. Display Auto Lock.
No that means it will shut off but it will still be running like when you hit the power button one time and the tablets on that's what a short period of non usage
It’s best to have the warranty as it could be a power surge damage

Thank you my tablet hasn’t turned off since I done that so thank you very much but at different times it would turn off faster or slower So thank you very much!

Just got the rca 14" 2 in 1 just shut off first time today. I just ordered another one and am trying to get my sister to buy one. Did I make a mistake, twice and going on three? Due to get my sec one June 3! There are a lot of just here, will I get justice!?

Okay so I have one of those rca laptop tablets. You know the tablet that comes with a keyboard you can put on and take off. Well it keeps shutting off like in the middle of usage. I’ll be watching Netflix and it shuts off restarts and come back on. Why does it keep doing this and how do I fix it
