I have a few of these that really need a new case badly. Most got bent and isn't possible to bend the case straight. Also looking for 4th gen cases, but not as badly as 5th gen.
I haven't had any luck finding them on google, only can find 1st to 3rd gen :(.

You can find these on ebay. I have seen them there several times. I have one that has the tiniest dent in the back that I will be listing on there also.
