I need to replace a broken screen. How can I do, and where I can get the screen?

What I have to change, just the glass or the LCD is also changed? Because the cracks seems to be just in the surface (out layer). O it is a pack, screen and tactile glass?

You'll most likely have to replace the entire LCD screen assembly since they usually do not come separately these days.
