Hi I don't see anything in the 15in model early 2013 on this subject (trackpad replacement)

Yes, its the same process: MacBook Pro 13" Retina Display Early 2013 Trackpad Replacement.
It's a bit tricky as you'll need to unglue the battery and make sure you don't damage it in the process! Go slow and easy and follow the guide.
