Phone is water damage turns on but no backlight
I have a Xperia XA and phone is water damage and phone turns but no backlight.
How I can fix it?

Sham Kumar you are going to run into other problems with this phone. Sony no longer has any schematics for any of their phones, so a lot of guessing about components on the mainboard is going on.
For now, the only thing to do is to try and treat this just like any other water damaged phone. You have not told us if you even addressed the water damage. disassemble your phone, using this video will help. then you need to clean everything with 90%+ isopropyl alcohol and a soft brush. Use this guide to clean your phone. It was written for an iPhone but all the steps are pertinent to your phone as well. You must remove all the EMI shields form your board to clean it properly. While you are cleaning it, check for any obviously damaged or missing components. Once cleaned and checked, reassemble and see what you get.

If the backlight is truly broken, as you say it is, I would recommend replacing the screen. This is the simplest and most effective solution. (Here's a video tutorial).

I connected new screen and is same issue no bavklight
It could also be that the backlight fuse is blown. This is a semi common problem, though how to repair it is sadly outside my zone of knowledge. I would suggest googling around for more information.
I am experiencing the same problem as posted. Is this already solved or the owner just brought another phone since there is no way of fixing this?

most of the time ist a smd-type "metal dome"button that is used for the external buttons , 1 in a million chance is that its undamaged but just stuck inward in that case you can use a straw and a piece of gum or whatever to make a seal around the straw , and suck it back the right way , but most of the time the dome is damaged ... you can remove the dome expsing the contacts within die button and power on your phone bi connecting on if the outer "half"rings with the pad in the center for a short wile until it powers on ... but you'd have to have a metal piece on you all the time ,
so an iesier way is to install an ap that lets you wake your phone by swapping over the proximity sensor 2 or 3 times or by shaking your phone , wistling or any other gesture, for cold booting the phone after an empty battery or alike , just plug it in to power while holding vol up or vol down , if a light goes on and nothing happens further your in fastboot mode and its the other vol button you should use ... unplug it hold correct vol button while plugging it in , this wil boot your phone into recoverymode , just select continiue to system or restart in the menu ... and keep your phone charged :D
