Poweroff charging screen blinks words and the green led by home button

I have my Samsung Note 5 plugged in and just a screen with 0% and the blinking words "This phone can also be charged wirelessly" and a blinking green light above the home button come up. It doesn't seem to be charging and I can't power it on.
