What is this piece from my logic board?

Okay, so I bought a new logic board because I messed up my last one and I noticed that I have to move a few pieces from my old one to my new one. I have to move the magsafe, mic, heatsink and one other piece I noticed that my old logic board has that my new one doesn't. With the attached picture,

can anyone tell me what this black piece is? I have it circled in red. Do I need to move it? Let me know. Thankyou! I appreciate the help you guys give to my novice logic board education.
