Third-party replacement battery not working properly

New battery, not Dell......but Masione. Followed the manufacturer's instructions. Charges, but drains very quickly after! What am I doing wrong?

Einstellungen

Drain the battery all the way down and then let it fully recharge . Do this a couple of times.
