The drum turns but no heat is coming out of the dryer also it keeps saying empty water even though there is no water in there have tried cleaning the filter out and still nothing anybody help? It's a IDCT83

Could be a problem in many areas, but to really answer the question a model number would be helpful. I know I have fixed many driers with faulty timers and blown fuses. It could even be the heater unit itself that has gone faulty. But it's all a guess without that model number.
